Punishment of the crime

On August 9, 2016, at around 06:30, the Defendant driven Bone Star Cargo at a section of about 100 meters from the Do adjacent to the East Sea Mayang-dong, to the main road of the “ Baekdudaegan” located in the same Dong from the Do adjacent to the East Sea Mayang-dong.
