Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendants are those who are engaged in singing machines, and C and D are those who come to know with Defendant A and singing customers.
1. Defendant A violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. Defendant A had sexual intercourse with Party C with the consent under paragraph (1). Defendant B was sexual intercourse with Party C, and there was no fact that Defendant B was assaulted by Party C or was damaged by Party C.

I would have to now come to file a complaint with Defendant B, and Defendant B would have conspired to file a false complaint for rape and D by accepting the message.”
Defendants, as discussed above, are recruited by the Defendants, to the Maritime Police Station located in 129 as Busan Maritime Transportation Daegu around September 29, 2017, and to the Maritime Police Station located in 129, “C and D, around September 8, 2017, shall be induced from the beginning for sexual assault, and C shall be drinking by her, etc.
