Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Victim C (1959 birth) was the well-known of E in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, the Defendant worked in E from September 2006 to December 2010, and the FG is the Defendant.

On May 2007, the Defendant received the Agricultural Cooperatives (H) passbook and debit card from the victim, which is the revenue and expenditure account of E, from the victim, and had him keep it on his duty.

On May 9, 2007, the Defendant arbitrarily withdrawn KRW 300,000 from the above account and used the Defendant to repay the money borrowed from Hyundai Capital Capital in his name, and embezzled it for business purposes by consuming the total amount of KRW 16,354,180, which the Defendant had been under custody for 56 times from around that time to January 24, 201, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table 56.
