Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On July 19, 201, B entered into a delegation agreement with the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant delegation agreement”) with a view to removing a wall (hereinafter “instant wall”) around the real estate (the part indicated in the attached Form No. (a); hereinafter “instant store”) indicated in the real estate list (hereinafter “instant store”).
A: A client (A) : The client (B) : The case name name of the Plaintiff case is removed and the exclusion of interference is applied for and the contract between B and B is concluded with respect to delegation of administrative affairs, such as litigation, etc. in the instant case.
Article 1 (Terms and Conditions of Contract) (1) A shall delegate the performance of affairs, such as litigation, concerning the above case, to B according to certain expenses and remuneration, and B shall accept such delegation.
(2) For the performance of administrative affairs with respect to the above case, A shall confer upon B the power of attorney drawn up separately.
Article 2 (Indication of Prepaid Money, etc.) The contingent remuneration of KRW 5,000,00 (O million only) (1) shall be paid in cases where the application of Party A is accepted.
(2) Any reconciliation or mediation conducted with the consent of Gap shall be deemed winning the whole contract, except as otherwise expressly agreed.
In particular: Where this case is terminated by conciliation or agreement, where A receives money from the Defendant is less than KRW 500,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won or more, A shall pay to B as contingent fees.
[However, where the amount received by the Defendant is less than KRW 50 million, the success fee shall be determined as KRW 0,000,000 if the success fee is less than KRW 500,000,000]. Non-use A shall prepay the expected costs at the time of the conclusion of this contract to B.
