A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:10 on May 2, 2020, the Defendant dran tavern operated by the Victim C (Y, 43 years of age) in Sinpo City B, with the victim, was under the influence of drinking together with the victim. On May 22, 2020, the Defendant dran bar operated by the Defendant dran bar, the victim was under the influence of disregarding the victim without hearing the Defendant’s horses, and her head was under the influence of the victim’s head on one occasion, and the victim was under the influence of two mains requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
