A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2013 Highest 286"

1. On November 28, 2012, around 09:42, the Defendant cut off “F” bank operated by the victim E (an agreement received at KRW 800,000) located in Busan-gu Busan-gu, the Defendant: (a) between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff, who was in the display stand, with a 18 KK gold 18 KK mp in an amount equivalent to 600,000 won at the market price owned by the victim in the display stand; and (b) one 18 KK mp in an amount equivalent to 2.50,000 won at the market price.

2. At around 10:00 on December 12, 2012, the Defendant attempted to steal a 500,000 won of the market price owned by the victim in the display belt between the victim and the “H” bank operated by the victim G in the above D, and the Defendant attempted to steal the victim’s body in order to reconstruct the weight of the Ban that the Defendant intended to sell. However, the Defendant attempted to steal a thief equivalent to 500,000 won of the market price owned by the victim in the display belt, but attempted to do so.

3. On January 9, 2013, at around 13:30 on January 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) made the victim’s “J” bank operated by the victim C in Busan Dong-gu, Busan to sell a female gold boom; (b) made the victim not doubt of the Defendant; (c) made the victim dialogue with another person who found the said gold boom; and (d) made the victim’s conversation with another person who was in the display stand using a gap where the surveillance was neglected, with a male bridged 1.8 money amounting to KRW 430,00,000 at the market price of the victim’s possession in the display stand.

4. At around 14:00 on November 29, 2012, the Defendant: (a) discovered a ear in the shape the Defendant’s desired by the victim K in Busan Dong-gu, Busan; and (b) caused a suck in the shape the Defendant’s desire; and (c) used a cre in the display stand, one half of the half of the amount of KRW 50,000 in the market price of KRW 18K 2.50,000, and one half of the amount of KRW 800,000 in the market price.
