1. The defendant shall pay 130,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from September 2, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of arguments as to the above evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3-1 and 2, the Plaintiff paid KRW 1,000 to the Defendant on January 13, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into a lease contract with the Defendant for the establishment of a collective security right of KRW 30,000 as to the instant fishing place (hereinafter “instant fishing place”) with the acquisition of KRW 130,00,00,000, and the period of operation from January 13, 2010 to March 1, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into the lease contract with the Defendant for the establishment of a collective security right of KRW 130,00,000 as to the instant fishing place on behalf of the Defendant, and the lease contract with the Defendant for the establishment of a collective security right of KRW 30,00,000 as to the instant building on March 1, 209.
