Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 2, 2019, the Defendant, in accordance with the proposal of the “Singing” staff member, who introduced himself as “B” as “B,” the Defendant conspiredd to acquire money by deceiving the employees of an unspecified number of victims by misrepresenting to the employees of financial institutions in the name of the said Singishing organization. 1. Fraud;
A. B. On or around December 16, 2019, the caming staff in the name of the company bank account in the name of the victim (Account Number: J) and Cbank account (Account Number: Kwikset) were issued to the victim by telephone and false statement that “a physical card is sent to create a lack of credit rating and transaction performance.” On or around 13:20 of the same day, the cam card was issued to the victim’s nominal bank account (Account Number: J) and Cbank account (Account Number:K).
In order to make a transaction performance to the victim on the same day on the same day, the employee under the name in the name is required to have the victim deposit KRW 6 million with the above Cbank account on the same day, KRW 12 million with the above C Bank account on the same day, and KRW 6 million with the above C Bank account on the following day, respectively, and each of them is required.
