1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 92,618,759; and (b) KRW 78,413,430 to Plaintiff B; and (c) respectively, from March 1, 2016 to March 1, 2016.

1. Each fact described in the separate sheet of claim for the determination of the cause of claim may be acknowledged either as a dispute between the parties, or as a whole by adding the whole purport of the pleadings to the entries listed in Gap evidence 1 to 8.

According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff A the total amount of unpaid wages and retirement allowances of KRW 92,618,759, and the total amount of unpaid wages and retirement allowances of KRW 78,413,430, and each of them, from March 1, 2016, which is the day following the retirement date, 5% per annum under the Civil Act until March 28, 2016, which is the delivery date of a copy of the application for modification of the purport of the claim and the cause of the claim in this case, and 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

2. The defendant's assertion has deteriorated the financial status of the defendant hospital, and thus, the defendant requested the plaintiffs to delay the payment period. However, it cannot be a justifiable ground for the defendant to be exempted from, or postponed from, liability for payment. Therefore, the defendant's assertion itself is without merit.

3. In conclusion, each of the plaintiffs' claims is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all.
