On June 5, 2015, the Defendant issued one copy of a new bank check in the name of the Defendant, which is the number D, check amount “D”, “3,00,000 won”, and date of issuance “ September 5, 2015,” at the office of the Defendant, operated by the Defendant in Kimpo-si B.

In September 7, 2015, the holder of the check presented the payment of the check to the above bank around September 7, 2015.

However, the defendant did not receive the suspension of transaction.

In addition, from June 5, 2015 to July 5, 2015, the Defendant issued ten copies of the check amount per ten thousand won (30,000,000 won) from around June 5, 2015 to around July 5, 2015, and did not receive the suspension of transaction.

However, the defendant did not receive the suspension of transaction.
