Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 8, 2018, around 19:00, the Defendant received 2.50,000 won (No. 1) for sexual traffic from Mandong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government through the “D” application for smartphone-rating fluoring fluor, and had sexual intercourse with E and engaged in sexual traffic.
