Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.) in the main branch of the Chuncheon District Court on October 30, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Chuncheon Prison on June 23, 2014.

1. 2. 폭력행위등처벌에관한법률위반(집단ㆍ흉기등상해) 피고인은 2015. 1. 12. 02:10경 원주시 F 소재 G의 주거지에서 피해자 H(57세)이 그 곳에 있던 I과 몸싸움을 하는 것을 말리던 중 피해자의 손이 자신의 얼굴을 스치자 그 곳에 있던 위험한 물건인 연탄집게를 휘둘러 피해자의 이마를 1회 때리고, 그 곳 화분에 꽂혀져 있던 흉기인 과도(칼날길이 10cm)를 뽑아들고 피해자의 왼쪽 귓바퀴를 1회 찔러 피해자에게 약 2주간의 치료를 요하는 귓바퀴 열상을 가하였다.

3. Injury;

A.
