Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,350,00.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who sells clothes and various miscellaneouss in the course of operating Internet shopping mall under the trade name of Gangnam-si B 101 Dong 211, c, and D.

When a person intends to import foreign goods for commercial use, he/she shall report to the head of a customs office the name, size, quantity and price of the relevant goods, and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, the Defendant abused the fact that the import declaration is omitted if the total amount of the imported goods is less than US US US 200 and the imported goods are recognized as goods for private use, and thus, purchased goods such as clothing in the U.S. or Europe, which are commonly sold in the Internet shopping mall (E) operated by the Defendant, but used in the U.S. or the European Open Market, and used them as goods for private use by using the name of the Defendant and his family members.

Accordingly, the Defendant, through the Incheon Airport Customs Office on June 28, 2014, imported the 60,489 KRW 50,000 in KRW 60,489 (in total, 33,851,693 won at the market price) in total and 145 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes (customs list) in the name of the Defendant and his family members from March 3, 2017, imported the tight 252 points of clothing and various miscellaneous 152 points of clothing in total, as shown in the list of crimes (customs list) in the name of the Defendant and his family members, as if they were self-used goods.
