Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. Lease 1 between the Plaintiff and the Defendant is the owner of the building indicated in the attached Table 1(a) (hereinafter referred to as “a building” and “ab-use building” as stated in the attached Table 1, and the land of Ulsan-gu C, Ulsan-gu, a site for each of the above buildings, is called “the instant site”.

(2) On December 11, 2007, the Plaintiff leased part of the household building (120 square meters) to the Defendant (the former trade name before the change: D) as the lease deposit amount of KRW 100 million, monthly rent of KRW 100 million, and the lease term of 60 months.
