1. The defendant shall deliver to the plaintiff the building stated in attached Table 1 (A).
2. The plaintiff's remaining claims.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Lease 1 between the Plaintiff and the Defendant is the owner of the building indicated in the attached Table 1(a) (hereinafter referred to as “a building” and “ab-use building” as stated in the attached Table 1, and the land of Ulsan-gu C, Ulsan-gu, a site for each of the above buildings, is called “the instant site”.
(2) On December 11, 2007, the Plaintiff leased part of the household building (120 square meters) to the Defendant (the former trade name before the change: D) as the lease deposit amount of KRW 100 million, monthly rent of KRW 100 million, and the lease term of 60 months.
(A) On February 19, 2008, the Plaintiff indicated on February 19, 2008 the remainder (30 square meters and 29 square meters in the lease agreement) of the household building to E, who is the former representative director of the Defendant.
(4) On March 1, 2011, the Plaintiff leased part of the instant building (120 square meters) to the Defendant at KRW 50 million, KRW 20 million, KRW 90,000,000, KRW 1500,000, KRW 2900,000, KRW 300,000, KRW 290,000, KRW 90,000, and each lease period was determined on December 31, 2012, the Defendant’s representative director changed to F. 4). On March 1, 2011, the Plaintiff leased part of the instant building (29 square meters) to the Defendant at KRW 50,00,00,000, KRW 20,000, KRW 90,000,000, KRW 300,000,000,00,000,000.
(A) On December 31, 2012, the Plaintiff and the Defendant extended the period of the above two lease agreements on December 31, 2012, with a view to not increasing the lease deposit and the rent on part (120 square meters) of the port buildings, but with a view to increasing the rent from February 2014 to KRW 170,000 per month. The lease deposit on the remainder (29 square meters) of the above buildings was not increased, but the rent was increased to KRW 1.1 million per month (1.2 million from February 2014), and the rent was increased to KRW 1.2 million per month (30,000 per month from February 5, 2014) (hereinafter referred to as evidence 2-4,5) between the Plaintiff and the Defendant.
