1. The Defendant, B, and C had the victims get loans exceeding their desired, due to the heavy volume of loans or the use of a fraudulent act, etc., and planned to acquire money by means of receiving most of the loans from the victims, by deceiving them as they would have repaid their excess loans.

A. On February 27, 2017, the Defendant and B, and C meta with the victim around February 24, 2017, approaching the victim D as if they arranged a loan, and the victim shall have “2 million won loaned.”

Ultimately, the Defendant, in collusion with B and C, by deceiving the victim as above, had the victim take out a total of KRW 18.9 million from the E bank on February 27, 2017 and KRW 9.9 million from the F bank, and acquired the victim by receiving KRW 16.9 million from the victim.

B. On March 22, 2017, the defrauded Defendant and B, and C had the intent to acquire money from another victim by the aforesaid means, and had the victim G with the intent to arrange the loan to the Defendant on March 22, 2017.
