A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On July 19, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for forgery of private documents, etc. in the Busan District Court’s Vice-Support on July 19, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 11, 2017.

[2] The Defendant: (a) committed an intentional traffic accident by using a large number of vehicles during the period of commuting to and from work with friendship B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, etc.; and (b) conspired to receive agreed money from an insurance company by hospitalized in a hospital to receive an insurance company.

On November 22, 2011, the Defendant: (a) around 16:50, in the vicinity of Seocheon-si, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) on the G-do-dong-dong-dong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-do-si, the Defendant boardedd the vehicle B with D and E and returned to the day in Seocheon-si-si; and (c) discovered the vehicle subject to the crime, during the coloring of the vehicle, the vehicle involved in the crime, and caused a traffic accident by “non-regular” method.

In collusion with B, D, and E, the Defendant received KRW 5,445,500 in total insurance money from the victim's modern sea and the victim KB non-life insurance from November 22, 201 to November 30, 201, in collusion with the Defendant, the Defendant received KRW 28,479,210 in total from the insurance company of the victimized person by intentionally committing a traffic accident more than five times in total.

The Defendant in violation of the Special Act on the Prevention of Insurance Fraud, from October 9, 2016 to July 20, 2017, in collusion with accomplices at least 6-15 times in a total of 10 times through an intentional traffic accident, such as the series of crimes Nos. 6 to 15, and received KRW 87,34,30,00 from the insurer of the damaged person, by deceiving the insurer about the occurrence, cause, or content of the insurance accident, and received KRW 87,34,30,00 from the insurer of the damaged person.
