1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,561,410 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 15, 2017 to the date of full payment.

The Plaintiff received medical materials from the Defendant from November 1, 201 to March 2015; the Defendant’s creditor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “BF”) as the preserved claim on June 11, 2013; and the obligor and the third obligor were under Busan District Court Decision 2013Kahap798, which included the Defendant’s claim amount of KRW 40 million; the claim amount of KRW 40 million; the claim amount of KRW 50 million; the claim amount of KRW 20,000,000 as the claim amount of KRW 30,000,000; and the above provisional attachment order of KRW 205,00,000,000,000 were issued to the Plaintiff based on the above provisional attachment order of KRW 15,00,000,000,000,000,0000,000 won, and KRW 371,571,07,000,00.

According to the above facts, the defendant eventually received the above 35,561,410 won from the plaintiff.

Therefore, the defendant shall return unjust enrichment to the plaintiff.
