Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On March 5, 2002, the Defendant was punished by imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Seoul Central District Court for six months; imprisonment with prison labor for six years on July 12, 2005; imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the Suwon District Court on January 4, 2008; imprisonment with prison labor for six years on April 7, 2010; imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the same court on April 7, 2010; imprisonment with prison labor for two years on February 2, 2012; imprisonment with prison labor for two years on January 29, 2016; and one year on January 31, 2017; imprisonment with prison labor for the larceny in the Suwon District Court for two years and six months on January 31, 2017; and person who completed the execution of the detention house in the Suwon District Court on January 24, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】

On December 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat not corrected by DK7 vehicles owned by the victim C, which was parked in the parking lot of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) opened a white bag of KRW 4,10,000 in cash owned by the victim; and (c) carried one gift coupon of KRW 200,000 in total and one yellow bag of KRW 50,00 in cash, which is owned by the victim.

In this regard, the defendant has committed larceny again within the period of repeated crime even though he was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times with prison labor.
