A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 15, 2018, at C cafeteria located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 21:20 on October 15, 2018, the Defendant broken the beer disease, which is a dangerous object, on the victim’s face, and boomed the body part, etc. of the victim, on the ground that the victim did not seriously kill the case where the victim abused the defendant.

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous things and inflicted bodily injury on the victim for about two weeks of treatment.
