Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

On June 12, 2014, the Defendant committed an act of disturbing drinking alcohol in front of Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B.
