Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 1, 2012, at around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by leading one of the victims C, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 500,000,000, which was set up in front of Daegu Northern-gu B.
