Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 03:55 on June 11, 2014, the Defendant driven C Poter Poter Poter Poter Poter Pospon with a blood alcohol content of about 0.093% at a section of about 500 meters prior to the Pospon Pospon Pospon located in the Cheongspon-gun, Cheongpo-gun, U.S. on the same road as the Pospon Pospon Pospon.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving of a vehicle driving at the beginning of a CPoter.

On June 11, 2014, at around 03:55, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicles, and led to the intersection of the Cheongsan-gun's Cheongsan-gun's present documents, which is located in the Cheongong-gun's Cheongsong-gun, to the face of protection from the west.

At the time, since the vehicle is at night and at a intersection where the vehicle is traveling, there was a duty of care to prevent the accident in advance by thoroughly operating the vehicle's steering direction and operation system and accurately.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol as stated in Paragraph 1, has driven a vehicle as it is due to negligence while neglecting it, conflict between the front part of the E-Poter freight of the victim D(63 years of age) and the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered, by the above occupational negligence, the injury to the victim D, such as fluoral salt in need of treatment for about three weeks, and the injury to the victim F (V, 59 years old) who was accompanied by the damaged vehicle, such as fluoral salt in need of treatment for about three weeks.
