When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 3, 2017, at around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) took the wife of the Victim C (35) in the head of the passenger car in the Spon-type passenger car in front of Pyeongtaek-si operated by the Defendant; (b) the Defendant started the vehicle in front of the vehicle, and led the victim, who is taking the reading center, to five meters away from the vehicle in front of the vehicle.

In this respect, the defendant carried a dangerous object, and assaulted the victim.
