Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On July 11, 2020, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 19:30 on July 11, 2020, and led to the passage from the right intersection to the river park along the front side of the Yansan-gu C Apartment-gu Seoul Metropolitan City D, Seoul Metropolitan City.
