1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.
Reasons
1. The reason why the court has used this part of the disposition is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, this part is acceptable in accordance with Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful
A. The Plaintiff asserted as the Plaintiff is the South Africa Republic (hereinafter “ South Africa”), and the father and the mother, who is the father and the Pakistanan nationality, who are the South Africa, are born and have dual nationality in 196. As such, the Plaintiff selected the South Africa’s public nationality in 196.
On October 2015, the Plaintiff, while residing in the South Hanasberg, operated the restaurant and provided the rinking service. On November 4, 2015, black professionals suffered significant damage by shoting the Plaintiff’s restaurant and shoting the Plaintiff’s house, and on November 4, 2015, the Plaintiff assaulted the employees of the Plaintiff’s restaurant, who lived together with the Plaintiff’s house, and stolen the household product.
The plaintiff was also threatened by robbery and theft from blacks several times, and these series of cases are caused by the crime of hate by foreigners, which are at issue in the remaining public space.
The plaintiff has the remaining public nationality, but has a appearance different from the remaining people from the Republic of Pakistan, so it is considered as Pakistan, and thus becomes the mark of the crime of hate by foreigners.
Therefore, as the Plaintiff has a well-founded fear that the Plaintiff would be stuffed due to race or status as a member of a specific social group in South Korea, it shall be deemed as a refugee under the Refugee Act.
B. “Anchoring” which is a requirement for recognition of refugee status 1 refers to “any act causing serious infringement or discrimination on essential human dignity, including threats to life, body or freedom,” and any foreigner who files an application for recognition of refugee status.
