Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 13, 2015, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 5 million with a fine of KRW 3 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the support of the Chungcheong District Court of Chungcheongju on March 13, 2015, and a summary order of KRW 3 million with the same offense in the same court on May 22, 2015.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking alcohol driving regulations not less than twice.
2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle with a lurged motor vehicle from D.
