Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2014, the Defendant was registered as a preliminary candidate for the E Party affiliated with the E Party on February 21, 2014 in order to enter the 6th nationwide local election of Dong-si Incheon Metropolitan City.

Except as otherwise expressly provided for in the Public Official Election Act, no one shall conduct an election campaign by means of propaganda facilities or tools, various printed matters, broadcasting, newspapers, news communications, magazines, other publications, campaign meetings, debate meetings, debate meetings, native folks meetings, alumni meetings, neighbors' meetings, other meetings, information and communications, the establishment of an election campaign organization or private organization, door-to-door visits, or other similar things, except for the methods provided for in the Public Official Election Act, prior to the election campaign period, and no one shall distribute, post, spread, show or run any advertisement, letter of personnel management, poster, photograph, document, picture, printed materials, recording, tape or others similar thereto, which include any content of supporting, recommending or opposing any political party or candidate (including any person who intends to become a candidate) or which indicates the name of a political party or candidate's name from 180 days before the election day to the election day.

Nevertheless, on January 24, 2014, before February 21, 2014, prior to the date of registration of preliminary candidates for the purpose of raising his/her personal guidance, the Defendant’s “determination on the assertion of the Defendant and defense counsel” to G residents, including G et al. at the event of the payment of dividends to members of the NAD branch located in Incheon F on January 24, 2014.

(1) See paragraph (1) . “Public Party I” means “Public Party I’s belief” and the Defendant’s academic background are stated on the front side, and the back is distributed to the Defendant’s name stating the Defendant’s career, political activities, and details of regional activities (hereinafter “instant name”) and participates in various events in the constituency from around that time to February 12, 2014, such as [Attachment 5 and 6] of the List of Crimes.
