Defendant

BE Imprisonment with prison labor for a short term of one year and six months, defendant A imprisonment for a term of ten months, and defendant BF for a term of ten months and fine.

Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2013, Defendant BE was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 3 years of suspended execution at the Incheon District Court on July 25, 2013, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on August 2, 2013.

1. From July 19, 2013, the Defendants: (a) around July 19, 2013, the Busan High Police Station: (b) around July 12, 2013, the victim BK was investigated by the victim BK into the BMF in order to steal the attempted case; and (c) Defendant BF prepared a criminal tool as an accomplice for the larceny and opened the entrance of the said BMF on his own.

BF, with the knowledge that the victim BK stated in his criminal case as above, tried to take a retaliation against the statement that the victim BK served as the accomplice of the thief.

On July 29, 2013, in collusion with BN whose personal information is unknown, the Defendants met the Victim BK at around 24:0 on July 29, 2013, in front of the “BP Research Institute” located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul. At around 20 minutes, the Defendants sent the Victim BK at the alleyway (hereinafter referred to as the “stroke”) and Defendant BE at the time when Defendant B took a bath for the Victim BK, and “When the police investigation is conducted, she is called as the accomplice of the thief.
