A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

1. 2. On February 21, 2019, the Defendant against the victim I made a false statement to the victim as follows: “A vehicle with a 2011 Ecoos vehicle and an annual food is less than 200,000km, and the vehicle management was well-grounded.
