A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, at night on July 25, 2015, smoked marijuana, together with foreigners whose name is unknown in the piracy of the population south of the Yangyang-gun of Gangwon-do at night, shall return the hemp plant to each other by attaching a fire to one fat of the hemp plant.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

2. On June 2015, the Defendant importing marijuana sent the hemp resin (i.e., a single sshing) to D, who resides in the New York Bluorn (S.) of the Republic of Korea on the Hymannish.

C. On July 1, 2015, D sent approximately 4.84g of the hemp resin to a police officer under the control of the Republic of Korea, and stored the addressee in the Habrstro knific knife and recorded the addressee as E, and then sent it to the 171 of the Songpa-gu Seoul Building (B/LF) of Songpa-gu Seoul.

On July 31, 2015, around 09:14, the above international postal items arrive at the Incheon International Airport located in Jung-gu Incheon International Airport, Jung-gu, Incheon, 2850, and cleared customs clearance units around 13:10 on the same day. The Defendant received the above hemp resin at the front of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H on August 6, 2015.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D to import marijuana resin.
