Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving the 3th class and the 3th class water vehicle.

On August 10, 2020, the Defendant driving a four-lane road in the front of the D, which is located in Overcheon City C on August 16, 2020, along the three-lane of the said cargo vehicle from the boundary of the front door distance to the boundary of the line rock, and proceeded along the said cargo vehicle along the three-lane.

At the time, there were other vehicles passing along the front and the fourth lane of the defendant, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the vehicle by checking the front side well.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this, while driving the above cargo vehicle while under the influence of 0.110% alcohol level in blood, and due to negligence, received the back portion of the victim E(46) driver’s vehicle driving by changing the course from the same lane as the Defendant, to four lanes, from the same lane as the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the above victim, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment due to occupational negligence.

2. The Defendant, at the time of lightlight as indicated in paragraph 1, driven a B-wing three cargo vehicle while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.110% from the 15km section of the blood alcohol level, from the front road of G to the front road of D-W in Overcheon City, in a light view of the same day as indicated in paragraph 1.
