2. On August 13, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.174% at around 03:25 on August 13, 2018, driving B SP car from a distance of about 1km from the front of Yongsan-gu Seoul to the front of the D in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
