Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 17, 2013, at around 11:20, the Defendant cut off the victim C’s market value of KRW 5.30,000,00, which was installed on the outer wall B 102, Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by using a boiler and removing it from the wall.
