1. The defendant shall display the ground plan indicated in attached Form 2(a), (b), (c), and (d) of the second floor of the real estate in attached Table 1 list to the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of Claim: In order to maintain the residential stability of homeless people and unstable lessee’s status, the Plaintiff purchased 43.62 square meters in the ship, which connects each point of the real estate 2nd floor as indicated in the attached Table 1 list, and entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on June 23, 2014.
Among the terms and conditions of the above lease contract, the lessee has been in arrears for at least three consecutive months, or if the lessee fails to renew the lease contract, the cause for cancellation and termination of the lease contract occurs.
As of November 30, 2015, the defendant, as of November 30, 2015, did not pay the total of KRW 1,961,350, which did not pay rent and management fee for at least three months.
The plaintiff shall notify the defendant of the termination of the lease contract on the above 43.62 square meters with the delivery of a duplicate of the complaint of this case.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to deliver the above 43.62 square meters to the plaintiff.
