A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person operating a “B” company, and the victim C (the age of 23) was a person who was employed by the said company.

1. Violence;

A. On July 12, 2018, around 13:00 on July 12, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim at one time, by hand, on the ground that the victim had delayed the shift of occupation and death at the E Osan-si drinking event site located in Osan-si D.

B. On July 15, 2018, around 13:00 on July 15, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s back head one time by the Defendant on the ground that the victim said that the victim would not take a core meal at the E Osan-si drinking event site located in Osan-si D.

2. Indecent acts by compulsion;

A. At around 13:00 on July 12, 2018, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim by setting aside the back part of the victim’s neck and arms at the E Osan-si drinking event site located in Osan-si D.

B. At around 13:00 on July 14, 2018, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim’s arms at the E Osan-si drinking event site located in Osan-si D.

C. On July 15, 2018, around 18:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim’s arms at the E Osan-si drinking event site located in Osan-si D.

3. At around 18:00 on July 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) heard that the Defendant would not get out of the victim any longer at the event site of the EM store located in Masan-si, Masan-si; (b) the kitchen gate (30cm in total length) which is a dangerous object under the table table at the event site of the event site, was frighted with the victim’s hand, and the Defendant was frighted with the victim’s part on the part of the Defendant’s ship, and “I will come out of work.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
