1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 81,29,861 as well as KRW 40,170,155 among them, from December 12, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
In full view of each of the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1-5, the facts constituting the grounds for appeal can be acknowledged. Thus, the defendant is obliged to pay the plaintiff the money set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article.
The plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
