Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.
Reasons
On October 23, 2018, the Defendant had been sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. and 8 months of a short term on March 2, 2019. On August 21, 2019, the Seoul Northern District Court sentenced the Defendant to 1 year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. and 10 months of a short term on March 27, 2020.
Punishment of the crime

1. On May 22, 2020, the Defendant: (a) in an underground parking lot “B apartment house” at the Government-Si, on May 22, 2020; (b) in the course of displaying a vehicle parked in the said parking lot, the Defendant: (c) checked the vehicle in order to steal the vehicle and things inside the vehicle, in which the door is not opened; (dMW car was not corrected at the market price of 27 million won owned by the victim C (Nam, 32 years old); (d) confirmed that the vehicle was not corrected; and (d) opened a door of the said vehicle and operated the said vehicle by using the car car in which the vehicle was parked in the said parking lot.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
2.
