A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 25, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million for a crime of violating road traffic laws (drinking driving) in the Seoggu District Court’s branch branch on November 25, 2010, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million for a crime of violating road traffic laws at the Daegu District Court on July 23, 2014, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million for a crime of violating road traffic laws.

On June 1, 2018, the Defendant driven a car with approximately 500 meters B food 407 meters from the section of 500 meters from the front day of the Daegu Seo-dong CGV, in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of 0.201% among blood transfusions.
