Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 2015, Defendants A and C operated commercial sex acts (E) by leasing Nos. 302, 304, and 608 of the Daegu-gu D building No. 302, 308, and Defendant B served as an employee (a one-time “the one-time one”) and performed the role of managing the above room and guiding customers to the above room with commercial sex acts, and delivering them to Defendant A, the main business owner of the commercial sex acts, who received the payment for the commercial sex acts from customers, and C introduced and supplies commercial sex acts to the above commercial sex acts establishments.
On March 24, 2016, around 20:25, the Defendants received KRW 110,00 as the price for sexual traffic from F, a customer, and let G, a woman of Russian nationality, engage in sexual intercourse once. From December 11, 2015 to March 24, 2016, the Defendants received KRW 110,00 to KRW 130,00 as the price for sexual traffic from many unspecified male descendants in the said sexual traffic business establishment, and had Russia sexual intercourse.
2. The Defendant violated the Immigration Control Act by Defendant A employed H, I, and J as an employee of a sexual traffic business establishment, who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment at the sexual traffic business establishment described in the aforementioned paragraph 1. from December 2, 2015 to March 24, 2016.
Accordingly, the defendant employed foreigners who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for job-seeking activities.
