A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol on the roads near the movable property of the victim B (63 years) in the vicinity of the C-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S

On June 4, 2016, at the place indicated in paragraph (1) around 22:30 on June 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the performance of official duties; (b) the Defendant: (c) was discharged from the police station D’s patrol box, where he reported the defect to the police; and (d) was dispatched after having reported the defect to the police; and (c) the circumstances leading up to the Defendant’s dispatch of the police station D’s box to the police station; and (d) the Defendant was assigned to the police station.

"Pursuant to the above police officer's face level at one time, the police officer's face face level was assaulted and continued to be brought to the police officer in the Flagrant Police Station D, and on June 4, 2016, at around 22:40, the above D police box was assaulted on one occasion by taking the face of the above F in his/her own drinking to ask the defendant about his/her personal information.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning 112 reports.
