Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving CK7 cars.

On November 5, 2012, the Defendant driven the above car at around 06:14, and led to the left-hand turn while driving the 446 private intersection of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, along the internal circulation road from the search bank to the inner circulation road.
