The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

On October 18, 2012, the Defendant appealed against the lower judgment and filed an appeal on November 15, 2012, and served a written notification of the receipt of the trial record on November 15, 2012, and did not submit the written notification of the grounds for appeal by no later than 20 days after receiving the written notification of the receipt of the trial record from the said court. The petition of appeal does not state the grounds for appeal, nor does there exist any reasons for ex officio investigation even if examining the records, and thus, it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
