A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2015, 46"

1. On May 4, 2015, the Defendant was aware of, and did not commit an attempted crime, when entering the victim D’s house located in Seosan-si, Seosan-si, in order to commit a theft, due to the detection of the victim’s alcohol, cash, etc., from around 17:0 to around 17:00.

2. At night, on May 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a gate to the G building managed by the Victim F of the victim F in the second floor, Chungcheongnam-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun; (b) intruded into the door; and (c) stolen a total of KRW 200,000,000 in cash owned by the victim and KRW 100,000 in cash located on the front section of the west; and (d) invaded the building, one hundred thousand won in cash located on the front section, and one hundred thousand won in the front section.

3. To prevent general buildings and fire;

A. On May 9, 2015, at around 23:05, the Defendant: (a) destroyed a plastic house located in the front of the victim I’s house in Chungcheongnam-gun Hong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, by attaching fire to the entire plastic house of the size of 20 square meters by attaching fire, which was in possession after tearing.

B. On May 9, 2015, at around 23:10 to 23:59, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the Defendant by setting fire in a plastic house located adjacent to the house located adjacent to the Defendant’s Hong-gunJ, Hongsung-gun, by attaching fire to the bar in a newspaper located adjacent to the house located adjacent to the said house; and (b) allowing the Defendant to spread to a part of a vinyl house and a luminous pole so as to make the repair cost difficult.

4. At night, around 01:00 on May 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a gate that was not corrected at the victim’s house in Chungcheongnamnam L and intruded into the inner bank; and (b) removed 10,000 won in cash from the Handbags owned by the victim and stolen the victim’s Handbag.

5. On May 10, 2015, around 13:00-17:00 to 17:00, the Defendant: (a) went into the house, through the boiler room entrance, and cut off the 2,500 won of the market price in the air conditioners; (b) one under the boiler room entrance; and (c) one under the kitchen; and (d) 20 of the disposable coffee which was in the kitchen.
