Punishment of the crime

B. On November 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 21:09, at the cash withdrawal machine of the victim Namsan Agricultural Bank located in Suwon-dong, Suwon-dong, Busan, 50-1, and (b) at around 21:09, using the said C cash card.
