A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around 18:55 on August 18, 2014, the Defendant reported that he would commit suicide to 119 as a result of drinking alcohol in the Sigras’ Park Sig-gu, Busan. Upon receipt of the report, the Defendant reported that he would commit suicide to 119.
