A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

피고인은 2014. 11. 23. 17:30경 남양주시 C에서 피해자 D(여, 61세), 피해자 E(48세)으로부터 “교회에 왜 나오지 않았느냐“라는 등의 말을 들으면서 커터칼(총 길이 25cm, 칼날길이 8cm, 증 제1호)로 면도를 하고, 현관문에 부착되어 있던 단열에어캡(일명 뽁뽁이)을 커터칼로 찢는 등 위화감을 조성하여 이를 피하여 밖으로 나가려던 피해자들을 보고 위험한 물건인 커터칼로 피해자 D의 얼굴을 그을 듯이 피해자의 얼굴 앞에서 휘두르고, 이어서 밖으로 나간 피해자 E을 향해 위 커터칼을 치켜 들어 보이면서 ”죽기 싫으면 가라“라고 말하였다.
