On September 2015, Defendant A and Defendant B: (a) registered as a business operator in the name of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government with the name of “F” in the name of Defendant A’s place of business; (b) provided a card terminal of “F” to a similar receiver, etc.; and (c) provided a fee for about 10% of the settlement price; and (d) provided a card terminal of “F” to Defendant A and Defendant B with a card terminal of Defendant A and Defendant B as a fee; and (c) provided a card terminal of Defendant A and Defendant B with a loan to receive the introduction fee from Defendant A and Defendant B on October 2015.

From September 21 to December 29, 2015, the Defendants conspireded to sell “H building” 14th floor near the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G G, and as if I purchased goods in an amount equivalent to KRW 10 million from the “F” to the “F”’s credit card terminal without selling goods or providing services, the Defendants pretended to make payments through a credit card, prepare the sales slip, and lend funds after deducting certain fees to I, and up to 473,27,590 won in total over 323 times, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and then took part in the sales of the goods from the “F” to 204,27,590 won in total, and up to 205,200 won in total, up to 323 hours from September 21, 2015 to December 29, 2015 (the Defendant C was the maximum number of 320,000 won in total, up to 247, 2015.
