Examining the reasoning of the record, the lower court was justifiable in maintaining the first instance court that acquitted the Defendant on the ground that there was no evidence of the crime regarding the charge of fraud and occupational embezzlement regarding the production cost of the Internet homepage among the facts charged in the instant case, and there was no error by exceeding the bounds of the principle of logic and experience and free evaluation of evidence, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding the crime of fraud and occupational embezzlement, or by failing to exhaust all necessary
