Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 28, 2010, the Defendant applied for a loan of KRW 14,500,000 on the condition that it would be repaid each month from May 25, 2010 to April 25, 2013 at the Ropo-dong, Hyundai Motor Vehicle Po-dong, Inc., a market price of which is equivalent to KRW 14,740,000, at the Mapo-dong, and at the 14,50,000,000 per month from May 25, 2010.
