The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

On October 16, 2017, the Defendant opened the iron gate, which was installed in the past, on the ground that the victim D enters a construction vehicle in front of the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and caused the victim to go through the above land, which is a head of the public site.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the traffic of the victim.

It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the grounds of not less than Article 59(1) of the Criminal Code of the Suspension of Sentence (the fact that the matter is insignificant in light of the motive or background of the crime, the defendant repents the error, and smoothly agreed with the victim).
